I am not the biggest beyonce fan but I look the same as i did as a child. My features did not change much so maybe its the same case for Beyonce. I know she had work done to other parts of her body though!!!!

LOL. the video shows that she has gotten plastic surgery. im not a professional and im guessing you are not one either, so based on my eyes, her nose DOES look different. it’s more distinguished now.
