I do not see very much difference because she had a nice nose befor however the surgery helped with her self stem.

No one ever wants a flatter larger nose. They always want a narrower/smaller nose. Unfortunately the media has made the decision for many people with regards to what is beautiful. I love ethnic noses but unfortunately the majority of the population does not agree.
